HYHO Realty was born out of a desire to make a difference. Instead of lining the pockets of big firm executives, HYHO takes the majority of its profits and gives them away. This allows us to do two things that we love; help you through this major transaction and give homeless kids a home! We don't sacrifice our service in anyway, so you can rest assured that you will be getting top notch brokerage and making a huge difference in the world at the same time.
We love our clients and we have a heart for orphans, which is why we also have an adoption scholarship fund. In addition to giving 10% of our commission away, we also take a small cut of every transaction and put it into a scholarship fund. This fund is for any clients that have bought or sold a home through HYHO. These clients, if they choose to ever adopt a child, will automatically be entitled to a scholarship from HYHO. We would love to see you adopt children, so we are willing to Help!
